No, The Job Hopper is a completely free service for Jobseekers.

I forgot my password. What should I do now?

You can retrieve your password from our system anytime by using the "Forgot Password" link when you click to login. You just need to provide the correct email address used during registration process. You can also click here to have your password emailed to you.

I forgot my activation key and the system doesn't let me in. What should I do now?

You can retrieve your activation key from our system at anytime. You just need to provide the correct email address used during registration process. Click here to resend your activation key in email.

I would like to receive daily/weekly emails with the latest jobs matching my CV/Portfolio, what should I do?

Simply subscribe to the "Jobmail" service and the system will send you daily or weekly emails with all the new jobs that match. Of course you will need to register your CV/Portfolio to use this Service. You can always unsubscribe at anytime. Click here to subscribe to our daily or weekly Jobmails.

I would like to change my CV/Portfolio details, is this possible?

When logged in, y ou can change your CV/Portfolio details using the "My CV/Portfolio" link from the Navigation Menu. After making the necessary amendaments, simply click the Save Button to publish it. There is also a Preview CV/Portfolio link which will display your CV/Portfolio the way it's viewed by the employers. Click here to modify your online CV/Portfolio.

I would like employers to be able to download my word/pdf format CV/Portfolio file, is this possible?

Yes, you just need to upload your CV/Portfolio from your computer into our system using the browse (upload) button of the My CV/Portfolio link (from the Navigation Menu). Click here to upload your CV/Portfolio file now. Please NOTE: Our CV/Portfolio search facility isn't currently live as we're just launching the site but in future, Employers & Recruiters will be able to search the latest CVs & Portfolios. As a Jobseeker, you have the option to hide your CV/Portfolio and contact details if you so wish.

Is there a registration fee involved?

You can check the Planning link from the Navigation Menu to view information about the fees and benefits of our system, from FREE job posting to unlimited monthly job plans. Click here to view Planning options.

Which payment methods are accepted?

Currently, we accept Credit Card payments through Paypal.

What is the normal expiration period of my posted jobs?

All jobs will remain live on The Job Hopper for 30 days, Freelance positions for 15 days. If you would like to change the length of time for specific jobs, please get in touch.

I would like to receive daily/weekly emails with CV/Portfolios from the system matching my job(s), what should I do?

Our CV/Portfolio search isn't live yet as we're just launching the site but once we're up and running, you will be able to subscribe to the "CVMail" service. Once signed up, the system will send you daily or weekly emails with the new CV/Portfolios posted that match your current job(s). You can always unsubscribe from this service at anytime.

I would like to change my profile details, is this possible?

You can change your account/profile details using the "My Profile" link from the Employer Navigation Menu. After making the necessary amendaments, simply click the Save Button to publish it. Click here to modify your online profile.

I would like to upload my logo and display it with my jobs, is this possible?

Yes, you just need to upload your logo from the the My Profile link (from the Employer Navigation Menu) or simply click here to upload your logo file.
